5 Simple Morning Best Practices

What is a Simple Morning?

A Simple Morning is the time of day that allows me to reconnect and recharge to go out and make my day count.  

I reserve my mornings for collecting my thoughts and think about how I will make every effort to be intentional about how I will show up to all of my commitments. 

I wake up early before mom duty starts to get a handle on what I need to do to prepare for the day ahead and to ensure that I am in the best place mentally and emotionally.

Here are 5 things I do to make for my Simple mornings...
  1. Pray & Meditate
  2. Write down what I am grateful for
  3. Enjoy a cup of Coffee
  4. Yoga & Stretching
  5. Eat breakfast
