I know that it can be difficult to ask for help; however, I have found that if you do, it's not as bad as you thought it would be.
Pride is not good if you are suffering emotionally and spiritually.
Stop being afraid, that someone will talk about you or judge you.
Do not alienate friends due to your pride.
