Create Your No-Zone Space in 3 steps

It's the time of year when things become so hectic that you will need that space to enjoy some downtime to regroup before the stress of the holiday cause havoc on your mental state.

So I propose that you create a safe comfy space to gather your thoughts and senses so that you do not lose it on your loved ones.

It can be rather difficult to achieve this if you do not have a plan in place.

See the steps below as to the process to make this happen.

1. Find a space in your home
2. Gather your comfiest chair, fluffiest pillow, and softest blanket 
3. Grab a good book, remote control a beverage, and Tada! Cozy corner complete
