As I sit here, reflecting on the whirlwind that has been the past year, I can’t help but feel a deep mix of emotions—gratitude, hope, and yes, a little bit of fear. 2024 was one of the most challenging years of my life. I faced loss, weathered disappointments that left my heart heavy, and was handed a health diagnosis that felt like a wake-up call I didn’t know I needed.

If I’m being honest, the diagnosis frightened me. It forced me to take a hard look at my life, my habits, and how much I had been putting myself last. But as much as it scared me, it also gave me clarity. This was my chance to make real, meaningful changes—not just for my health but for my entire well-being.
